The copyright infringement theory... I found it rather interesting regarding the leak of the Fred Durst sex tape video & that Fred & his attorney took the angle of copyright infringement. I also found it strange that Durst didn't even have an actual copyright when the celebrity sex tape was stolen. First the Fred Durst sex video tape came out on the internet & he was contacted about perhaps agreeing to release the celebrity sex tape for profit. Only then did Fred decide to get a copyright on the porn video tape & file a lawsuit for copyright infringement. Most celebrities that have had their private sex tapes stolen have claimed that their civil rights were violated.
